Undeliverable Locations: Orders to hospitals, hotels, or company addresses are not guaranteed, but in most cases arrive as requested. If your delivery is going to such a location, please provide the name and telephone number of the hospital, hotel, or company. In the case of hospitals, we also need the recipient’s ward and room number. Asterbloomflower.com will attempt to deliver your bouquet in accordance with each facility’s procedures, but cannot be held liable if these procedures prevent successful delivery. Please note that many hospitals do not permit delivery to individual rooms, and that most ICUs do not permit flower delivery at all. Please check with the hospital before placing your order. Asterbloomflower.com cannot issue a refund if unable to make a delivery due to these issues.

Anonymous Delivery Option: Should the recipient opt out of accepting a gift anonymously, the item will be returned to us. We honor requests for anonymous delivery; however, please note that this option is valid from the time of order placement until 3 hours post-delivery. For security reasons, if the recipient contacts us to verify the sender’s details after this timeframe, the information will be disclosed.

Product and Images: Products only contain the items listed in the product description. Vases and other items are not included unless stated in the product description. Product photos of flower bouquets represent the average bouquet size, and may vary in minor ways (please see our Substitution Policy). Asterbloomflower.com is not responsible for decreased flower and plant quality due to an incorrect delivery address supplied by the sender, or a re-route requested by the sender.

Order Cancellations: To cancel your order, please reach out to our Online Customer Services. While we strive to process orders promptly, it may not always be feasible to prevent dispatch once initiated. If your order has already been dispatched, you can return the items following our Returns Policy outlined below.

Kindly note that once items are dispatched, you cannot cancel any contracts for additional services rendered by us (e.g., gift wrapping, packaging, and shipping). Upon receiving your cancellation request for an item, we will refund the relevant portion of the purchase price. Please be aware that shipping fees are non-refundable once an item has been shipped and an order is cancelled.

Discount Codes, Rewards, and Complimentary Points

  • Discount Codes: Exclusively available through Asterbloomflower.com, discount codes can be redeemed by entering or providing the promotion code received via email. They are applicable only for domestic deliveries within the UAE, subject to availability, delivery regulations, and schedules. Additional surcharges may apply. These offers cannot be combined, may not be available on all products, and are subject to restrictions and limitations. Orders must be placed before the expiration date specified for the discount code.
  • Rewards and Complimentary Points: Placing orders earns reward points, which can be redeemed later for future orders. These points are valid only for domestic deliveries within the UAE, subject to availability, delivery regulations, and schedules. Points cannot be combined with other promotions or offers. Orders must be placed before the expiration date provided for the Rewards or Complimentary Points. Rewards earned by posting reviews on Google, Facebook or Trustpilot can add up to your points by sending us the screen shot of the review, with a maximum limit of 1,000 reward points per customer for Google, Facebook or Trustpilot reviews. Points can be accessed online or by phone and can be used for future orders.
